Join this class as we re-think traditional recipes — reducing saturated fats by altering recipes, changing the ways food is prepared and altering cooking methods. You too can cook low-fat dishes like a pro. You just need to think outside the box! From slim-down suppers to guilt-free desserts, you’ll learn to “healthify” your cooking.
